Karen Pokowski/Beaumont Hospital- "Antiseptic to clean cuts and don't forget to bring along some antibiotic ointment."

Travel medicine expert Karen Pokowski says while Tylenol and a thermometer are a must on every trip, don't forget individual needs.

Pokowski- "If your child is on prescription drugs you want to make sure that they're labeled and bring the container they were dispensed in. And you need to know where the nearest hospital is that treats children."

Mary keeps these tips in mind whenever she travels.. that's why all her family vacations are full of fond, fun memories.
